It was in the 70’s today, and the cotton harvest has started, which is great because it had rained on this crop twice and I hear that isn’t ideal? Final selfie with this year’s cotton, haha. I live right next to it but know next to nothing about it, I should work on that.
For the whole summer this valley is naturally brown, dusty and HOT, but the cotton field was a green break for my eyes! The flowers, seed pods and then cotton, are each beautiful and still remarkable to me.

Now the fields with be brown but every else will start perking up! Mostly the weeds though… haha
